Jana Muzanowska

Jana Muzanowska is an illustrator currently based in London. She has a passion for all things mysterious and surreal and a devotion to research. Muzanowska was raised in Kazakhstan with influences of Slavic folklore and Soviet animation traceable in her work.

Combining digital and traditional media allows her to create textured pieces that hide subtle symbolic imagery in between the layers. She has an eye for strong composition and design which elevate the storytelling in her images.

Having finished her degree in Illustration at Ravensbourne University, she is looking to expand her skill-set and nurture her passion for research and project development with a Master's Degree in Design Management.

She is interested in working in a team setting, creating side-by-side with writers, musicians, art directors, as well as non-creatives but is also open to less involved projects.
