Ella Preston
Ella Preston is an illustrator and animator, who is located in London. Her art is usually narrative based, and uses colourful characters. She hopes to use her art to spread positivity and share her stories with the world.
Preston previously studied fine art, while pursuing her interest in creating comics outside of school. During her Design and Media Foundation at Ravensbourne University, she used her digital skills to develop her ideas into animations with more complex stories. She also started to bring more topical ideas to her work, drawing inspiration from her interest in geography. Though her primary medium is digital art, she also enjoys traditional media like markers or print making.
Game Title Screen – Anything Can Happen is an animated game in which the player influences the story by choosing what the character should do. It aims to investigate anxiety around decision making in everyday life.
Game End Screen – The game uses mixed media animated cut-scenes to show the player what happens after each decision they make.
