Daniel Hardy
Daniel Hardy is a creative designer and artist, who specialises in developing 3D Games, creating 3D Environments and characters. Hardy is keen to learn new skills and push himself into new and unknown directions.
He is more than capable of coming up with creative solutions to problems he might encounter along a job. Additionally, he can work both independently and as a team player.
For His Final Major Project he has expanded his horizons and tools, and created a gnomish, fantasy inspired, character that mixes the themes of Da Vinci's inventions and a 'garden gnome' aesthetic.
The project has pushed him to learn new skills, from 3D character sculpting to smart material texture mapping that can be applied in 3D environments to VFXs, and so much more.
Hardy has software skills in Maya, Substance Painter and Designer, After Effects and Photoshop.
