Courtney Jessica Douglas

Courtney Douglas is a 2D illustrator and 3D animator who specialises in creature and body mechanics and 3D shot animation. Douglas, who is based in the United Kingdom, has been interested in art and animation for most of her life, with some of her biggest creative inspirations coming from animation: “Megamind” (2014); “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” (2018); “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish” (2022); and “Tokyo mew mew” (2002) are just some examples out of many that have served as inspirations.

Douglas has been working on strengthening her creative talents since 2014, studying art and design at the University for the Creative Arts, Rochester between 2019-2020, and at Ravensbourne University, London between 2020-2023. After graduation, Douglas wishes to find work in the TV and film industries, while continuing to work on her skills as an animator. Douglas is skilled in Maya 3D, Premiere Pro and Clip Studio Paint.
